Order 445506 I ordered a bouquet of flowers on 27 March 2019 and was given a delivery date of 30 March. Flowers were not delivered til 2 April 2019. They were in a very poor condition with some dying. I requested refund or fresh bouquet. Managed to get a response from Customer Service requesting photographs. . I sent the photographs as requested and since then I have been ignored by Customer Service despite sending several further emails requesting a resolution. No response from Customer Service and they then had the cheek to send me a questionnaire as to how pleased I was with the service. Since you cannot contact Customer Service by phone they are obviously set up this way to prevent their poor service being challenged. Disgusting company playing on customers and failing to provide the services paid for.
