I been trying to get in contact with a customer service representative in order for me to fix an honest mistake when buying tickets for hot wheel show at Gillet Stadium in MA. I dont want to my money nor I want it returned I want the date to be fixed and now show is almost over and I havent received a phone call of a love agent trying g to assist me with this. User's recommendation: Better support customer.
