Bought wrong book

I purchased a college book on Amazon from All New Books and when I started class my teacher said it was the wrong book so I returned it instantly. Aweek later I had to email them to find out if they received it and when I would receive a refund. It took them a few days to respond and I was told I couldn't get a refund because I used the access code which is a lie! When I sent the book and access code card back it was sealed it was not opened. I think they lied to just refuse the refund. Poor customer service. I sent them an email stating this fact and have yet to hear back from them. It has been 4 days so far.
