Bought ticket and didn’t receive it.

I bought a ticket 24h ago, they got the money from my bank account and didnt send me my ticket on my email and even not the confirmation. Ive checked several time and the email i gave them was correct. I called them 50 times today and the line keeps disconnecting for no reason after the intro message.
