Poor design. Processor was not user friendly. Bought this through fingerhut and there's a small black insert that I can't find so there is no stability when I am grating cheese or vegetables. I can no longer safely use this due to not having it. The small gear like black part looks like a piece of trash so may have gotten thrown away. I would never recommend this to anyone.... very disappointing, expensive, not good quality....can not safely use my grater now. User's recommendation: Catalog orders not recommended. Too hard to return.
