cant use this machine! anytime I use it the way I was informed my 8 month old and I have terrible nose bleeds!!! it is just sitting in a closet I cant use it, it does nothing I just wasted $3,900!!! don't buy this you can get something similar for $120. They took our old vacuum and to be honest they can keep that take this Pro Aqua *** back and just not charge me! I want it gone!!!! I tried reaching out to the rep letting her know my problems and she told me my body needed to get used to the product. I then processed to tell her I gave it 2 weeks and it still is causing health problems for my son and I. I continued to tell her that with our health issues I didn't see fit keeping this machine. That they needed to take it back before my payments started in May. and she hasn't spoken to me since!!! she has been ignoring me! please don't buy this don't let them suck you into something that you cannot get out of! I am going to reach out to corporate now and see if I can have this resolved.
