Bought an access code through my university for an eText. Guess what? I found out it DIDN’T come with the purchase. Requires me to pay an additional $61.09 CAD just to buy the *** *** eText!

I'm a computer science student, so I'd like to think I know my way really well around computers. When you buy a product that SAYS it includes the *** eText for my Java programming course, I expect it to be included with the $96 purchase! Lo and behold, I get into my account, only to find out that the eText is NOT included in my current subscription?! I have to PAY an additional $61 CAD just to get access to the electronic version of the textbook?! *** no! Only interactive exercises are included in this *** purchase! Pearson, fix your *** customer service system AND your definition of customer service! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANY ETEXT FROM THEM. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO BUY THE PAPER VERSION, BUY THE *** PAPER VERSION! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
