Bought all appliances for my new kitchen from miele, and the customer service is below any expection.

Customer service is below any expectation. I had issues with delivery and called customer service 4 times. No management available to talk to. I was promised manager will call me back in 24-48h, and nobody called back. Product design and functions are not very reliable. I will not buy Miele again. User's recommendation: Don't buy from Miele, the prices are too high for what they offer.
