Bought a Samsung dryer 3 months ago and has never worked

Repair guys have come 4 times and it still doesnt work. They still wont replace it! I bought a Samsung washer at Home Depot and there as a problem with it , Home Depot replaced it the next week! Dont ever buy anything from pc Richards there customer service is the worst!!! User's recommendation: Don’t ever shop at PC Richards.
