Bought a master built smoker a year ago this month. Thing haven’t worked right at all. I’ve tried to contact the company several times. Only way to do that is on the website! That doesn’t work either!

This smoker does not work well at all! Temperature goes up and down to much! Impossible to contact the company! User's recommendation: Do not buy a master built smoker.
