Bought a couch, collected it and guess what – no legs with couch when I unwrapped it. Checked all over card box wrap, plastic wrap, sack wrap and under couch also. NOTHING!!

No legs with couch and taking 3 days to resolve the issue. If i dont receive the legs by Monday morning 2 September 2019, I want a full refund and will never return to this branch EVER! Also, wanted to buy color chairs from Rochester Polokwane BUT now i wont, SERVICE AND PROCEDURES HERE SUCK!! Nobody is responsible and Nobody wants to resolve!! Give me the money and I will deliver couch legs to you within 24hours!! And i am not a dealer.
