Bought my Ford Focus in February 2018 @ Speedway street car sales lot in Tucson, Arizona. Was very happy! Then, had transmission trouble (recall) where was slipping, terrible gas mileage. It's a hatchback, & is getting very hard for me to lift up the trunk (hatchback] getting very heavy. So,I thought maybe I should think about trading again with Enterprise. Went to Speedway car lot to see if there was anything I could do, Turell was the sales person that spoke with me and we test drove a Hyundai Sonata (2017 I think?) I loved it!! He spoke with "His Manager" & financing would be a problem?!?? So I left and didn't think much more about it. About a week later Turell calls me and tells me that there is a Sonata that I Might be interested in---OK...I Made an appointment for 2PM that day. Got another call from Turell an hour later telling me that there is yet another RECALL on my Focus--something about the gas tank. Said that parts won't be available for at least another month & a half!!! Proceeds to tell me that my car is worthless [worth zero} due to recall and I don't have any trade-in value at all!!!! I stated "so you guys sold me a lemon?" He denied that.I I have been lied to, insulted, dis-respected & left with "a Worthless Car"! What am I supposed to do??
