Books Ordered Not Received

I called and was told books I ordered had to be back ordered due to demand. I opted for refund. Informed refund would take30 days. This appears sketchy to me. Buyer beware. Customer Service number I used is 877-528-****. The lady I spoke with curt on phone. I wont be ordering in future. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware.
