I already booked ticket from kuala terengganu to kuala lumpur time 17.05 pm and the money already deducted from my account. But they said we are unable to process your payment, please use another card. But the money already deducted and I also booked from kuala lumpur to johor bharu same thing happened they said we are unable to process your payment. But after one hour I received confirmation ticket. Only from kuala terengganu to kuala lumpur I havent received comfirmation number
