The email states that the booking policy is the same as the hotel. However, the policy does not match the hotel's policy. It is very easy to cancel. Even minutes later we completely out the total cost of the hotel. I called the hotel, but they do not receive any of the money. This company benefits greatly and unfairly from cancellations.
