Upon contacting Computicket you are told they have a problem with the EFT system and they will look into it. You are told to send the proof of payment. Still they cannot find the payment. It is now more than a month I still did not receive the refund. I contacted them on more than 1 occasions with no joy. They do not even have the decency to contact me to inform me what the situation is with regard to my complaint. Thus now I missed out on watching the show I wanted to watch and my money has disappeared into their company.
