You guys emailed me saying my return flight on Monday 21st March 2022 on the above booking was cancelled, offering me a new flight on the Sunday, the day before the original scheduled flight. I rejected this flight as it cut my holiday short by a whole day. I requested another alternative flight through the provided options in the email. I was then offered a flight on the Tuesday, March 22nd at 20:50 in which I accepted. Today I receive confirmation of my new flight details but the flight details is of the Sunday flight in which I rejected. Can somebody please contact me and rectify this mess as i am so angry with last minute right now as the options to contact somebody are the most poor I have ever seen by a company of your size. Can you please provide me with confirmation of the correct flight details for the Tuesday 22nd March 2022?
