I purchased a ticket back in March for EIS - SJU on March 12, 2021. The flight was canceled and I was left stranded as I was trying to connect to a flight from SJU to FLL. I have contacted Kiwi Who I purchased the ticket and was told I will receive a refund. To date I have not received a refund. I am truly disappointed with this customer service. As an avid traveler this is truly unacceptable. Please see previous correspondence and receipt attached. I would like to get my refund immediately.
