Booked made mistake
i caught my mistake in 13 mins and tried to make a change and they claimed it was nothing that could be done. despite going back on the site and seeing the same bus service for the day in question avail and the same price, worst exp in my year. even though i made the initial error they did nothing to help even though it was caught quickly. i called several times and waited easily 47 mins to be told only one of my round trip tickets can be changed. im shocked that this company is still in business in nyc. its awful and they should be out of business
