Amazon order number Order # [protected] and Tracking ID: [protected] [CaseReference:BOM/0921/291] You are one of the worst courier service who don't know how to handle customers, don't understand the process properly with untrained useless customer care and wasting our precious time asking the same questions and same documents repeatedly. please return the consignment back and I will complain about the stupid process and useless customer care to your CEO and Senior Management. If such people were there in my company they would have been kicked out by this time as they are not able to meet the customer needs and worst customer satisfaction. Sender has submitted all docs, consignee has submitted all docs and inspite asking the same stupid queries to the customer and harassing. I will write a stinker that people get discouraged to use this courier service.
