Bonham Chrysler Insults customers

I was looking for a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad cab and found the perfect one at Bonham Chrysler In Bonham TX, It had some body work done to it and the paint was not done i mean Burgandy with primered black paint is not exactly perfect paint, So I emailed this dealership 5 times no response so i called and they connected me with Mr McCarty Sales Manager. I told Him i was interested in this truck they priced for $3500 and I had a 99 chrysler town & country I would use as trade in along with all the $3000 worth of new body parts and engine parts installed the van runs and drives perfect the paint was flawless along with the interior and it had 183K miles on it, he Asked all the questions which i had answers for it was paid for totally it gets excellent MPG and all the parts that were replaced. At that moment I figured we had a deal for a trade with payments or a straight trade and this ttruck was in excellent condition with 135K miles. He proceeded to tell me Vans and trucks have different Pricing and Even though my van is perfect there is no such thing as excellent conditon when it comes to used vehicles and my van was not considered excellent maybe its in good to poor condition and they would give me maybe $500 - **** trade + i would have to seek a loan company because they dont do in house payments and probably would not do business with me at all but if I want i can sell them my van for whatever price they offer and they would be happy to resell it for $8000+ while I get the shaft. I reported this dealership to the chrysler company who immediatly has opened an Investigation as to why this dealer even said Cars and vans and trucks have different prices which they DONT, Why this dealer said these things about condition and insulted a chrysler products user. Bonham Chrysler called me back and the spokesperson did not give a name they just said if i withdraw my complaint from chrysler Corp. they would straight trade me any vehicle on their used lot and report to chrysler that the matter was resolved fairly because this investigation would put a bad mark on their 5 Star dealership Record and cause them to lose alot of customers. Im Sorry i will NOT allow this Dealer to abuse customers and then try to blackmail them into keeping their So called 5 Star Reputation to trash other potential buyers
