Me and my spouse had booked two tickets to travel from DC to NYC on 12/1/2019 on 9:30am. We received an email from BoltBus customer service that our schedule has changed for 10:30am. Although we arrived at the bus departure terminal 20min prior to departure we were refused to board until all passenger that had booked the 10:30am bus were first boarded. As a result I had to sit two seat rows away from my spouse. Me and my wife are submitting a complaint for being denied to board on our turn although we made sure to arrive well in advance to be able to seat together.
