Hi, I arrived at the cherrydale location about 9:30pm on 07-10-17. I pulled at the drive thru and the lady asked me for my order.. I ordered 4 supremes and a biscuit, also a 3 wing meal with 2 fixins and a biscuit. The total was $12.13. I pulled up to the window to find a really nice pregnant girl very sweet! I gave her my money and she handed me my food and said it was pleasure serving me!! She gave me my change as well! As I drove off my husband open up the boxes to check the food. Everything was old & cold!!! Biscuits was hard and we decided to turn around to take our food back for fresh food. When we returned we asked could we get it fresh. The girl at the window told her manager and I'm guessing the manager told her it was 5mins on the strips and 25 mins for the wings.. I told them I could wait 5 mins for the strips but can I get my money back on the wing meal. As we was waiting on the refund and strips. One of your employee's was blowing his nose and coughing while around the food. He stuck tissue up his nose and coughed in his hands.. He didn't go wash nor sanitize his hands. He picked up the rag and preceded to wipe off the table that the food go on! Gross! He then went over to my food and pulled it up from the grease still haven't washed his hands. Me and my husband watched him touch several products in the store!!! Without washing hands.. He touched just about everything. He has a tattoo beside his left eye and a tattoo on his neck! When the manager gave our change she didn't say thank you or I apologize! Not a smile either. The only one that seemed concerned was the pregnant lady!! I want to tell her Thank you! She really cared! But I will never eat from the restaurant again! It was a disgrace! Horrible experience!
