Cecil Carter, claims to be trustworthy, but while filing complaints on others he failed to mention that he received nearly $50, 000.00 from Alpha Electronics and only returned $3, 500.00. Not only did he do that but several customers placed large orders for cell phones, only to discover on the delivery date there were no phones. His excuse was the purchase orders were submitted incorrectly, after he had them for several weeks. Last but not least Mr.Carter contacts vendors for goods, have the vendors spend days and weeks sourcing the goods, he would then present a purchase order only to disappear for weeks on the delivery day. Stay away from him he is a liar and time waster
