I've had mine close to a year but fresh out of the packaging I charged my boost got 3 uses before the battery was dead now I can't recall the number of uses they claim you get but it was greatly higher than 3. I called in because my boost went dead after 2-3 uses not what the big hype was about they wanted me to send the entire unit back to evaluate the problem. Mf I just spent almost $200 on a product claimed to be backed by a great warranty. No questions should have been asked it was junk from the start. Haven't used it for a while this morning figured let's use the ol girl for the 730 wake and bake after I charged it all night the *** wouldn't work when it's fully charged now. After reading the bs with returns or actually doing anything about a problem idk if I want to deal with it again
