Redbox claimed that we failed to return two (2) DVDs which was absolutely not true. In fact, our account history showed that one of the movies had been returned several days after we rented it but that we had checked it out again the following day. This information would tell any reputable company that something had gone awry in its automated record keeping system. Not Redbox. We were eventually charged $50.00 for two not very good movies. (If we were going to steal from Redbox, we would have chosen much better films to take.) The money Redbox stole from us was a relatively expensive lesson but we'll never do any business with the company again. PS - Redbox's customer service is quite poor, too!
