BOGO Offer failure not addressed

No response yet from Smokey Bones. Attempted to call the Stoughton, MA location around 5:15pm yesterday to order wings after having received several emails advertising your bogo deal for 4/20/20. Reached Kyle. Tried to place an order for a 16-piece smoked wings and a 16-piece fried. After several minutes, he told me I could not use the offer for 1 smoked and 1 fried. When I tried to explain that the emails did state any such restriction, he said he had too many orders to spend any more time trying to figure out how to take my order so I ended the call. I decided I would simply order 2 smoked wings and tried calling back 4 more times after that and the phone wasn’t even answered. I was afraid to take a chance placing an online order - if the location was too overwhelmed to even answer the phone or try to accommodate my order in the first instance, I felt the chances of my online order being processed correctly were not good and was concerned about the management and organization for a “safe” pickup process. I am a Bones club member and used to be a regular customer. I felt the quality of food had dropped off but all your recent emails and the wing promotion prompted me to try again. Disappointing experience."
