Purchased eight (8) Bodum 4560-10US4 15 oz Pavina Double Wall Glasses and three (3) of them have clouded between the double wall. They were purchased in April 2018 and are very careful with them. We have only used cold drinks in them. Since it is only my husband and I that use, we hand wash. They did go into the dishwasher only a few times before we noticed that they were clouding. We love these glasses since we live in Florida and they do sweat. We have never found another glass that keeps cold liquids. I can take pictures and send to you or return the glasses for replacement. How should we proceed? Can we replace the damaged glasses?
