I ordered a bluetooth and I was sent a totally different kind. I have sent emails and have tried to call and I have not received a response. I would like to return the unused device and receive a refund. I have attached photos of what I ordered and what I reviewed and the package it come in. Clearly they are two different headsets. This is completely unacceptable!
