Do not order from this company!!! Headset was damaged and used It came in a plastic bag.. I have emailed over and over no response After calling for weeks and no answer. I tried again today and the first 3 times they hung up. Then 4th time they acted like they couldn't hear me. The 5th time they told me if I sent it back they would charge me 29.95 to receive it and the refund amount would depend on the its inspection. Never ever have I been so disgusted.. The lady refused to give me her name. This is the biggest scam.. I was so happy about being able to give this to my husband as a gift for fathers day.. He drives a truck and takes such good care of his family.. I wanted to give him the best.. Now I have the worst and I don't have the money to buy another... Im just sick at my stomach
