Bludomain customer service is a joke!!! They make your business look bad!!! Your clients will be put on hold for days or weeks before they correct the issue making you look like you are ignoring your customers. They don't give true customer service, there is no phone # to contact them only way to contact them is to e-mail back and forth, but they take 2 days or so to answer your problem with a stupid answer that you have already check out. Don"t insult our intelligence, people use customer service as a last resort!! There live chat is also a massive joke, you log in, ask a question and all they tell you is to fill out a support claim (e-mail). I notice that the only questions they answer are from unsuspecting new clients to lure them in, then once they get your money you'll never get service again. Beware!!!
