Blu Ray Update

The support was closed for the day and I have no way to update the firmware on my Blu-ray player because the support downloads page just redirects you to the purchasing page and I can't find a single driver for any product. User's recommendation: Don't buy a Phillips that doesn't have a Wi-Fi connection because good luck updating the firmware.
