Awful company. If you don't want NFL Sunday Ticket, do not do business with these people. I cannot believe the NFL gave them a monopoly on this. 4 blown appointments, without recourse. The WORST in customer service and responsibility. I have a "new" appointment next week, which I would bet my life will not happen. Almost a criminal enterprise -- liars, cheats, and incompetents.Do User's recommendation: Don't. Ever. Awful company.
