Bloody bones

I bought some chicken and I have been a Chef for 33 years and I am retired. When I roast a few pieces of chicken I know when it is done. When I cut into a piece of chicken I do not want a bloody bone ! I know why it is bloody --it isn't hung right so the blood can drain out of the chicken ! I threw out a lot of thighs lately ! I don't buy your chicken any more. If you don't cut the head off and hang it up buy the feet it will always end up bloody ! Soooo I have decided to only buy my chicken from a fresh farmer or market . Good bye Perdue !
