Hi Camella, Please fix my property at Block 6 Lot 8 Camella Bukandala Phase 4, Imus Cavite due to faulty water pipes which caused the paints to "na magbakbak". There's also various leaks in the comfort rooms so naglleak yung water from 2nd floor to ground floor, and one has a connection to the electric cables below. It's really scary and unsafe. Also, there's also a "kanal"-like space beside the property dahil sa paghuhukay na ginawa ng neighbor. Please please check and fix this asap. I have pictures and videos to prove it. But, it's best if you check and fix the property as soon as possible due to it's unsafe condition.
