Bleu Ribbon Get your act together! Me TOO movement!

Exactly agree with these complaints! I used to order back in 2014/2015 no problem and top quality hair and I mean gorgeous and it came within days! This past year first delay was about 4 weeks, but the hair is so good so I said it is worth the wait just like everybody else. The next time it was between 4 to 5 months which is no good. I was freaking out, losing my mind. No replies to emails, fake tracking numbers and apologies but no product. This is so unfair and frustrating when you pay good money for what is a top of the line product, so expect at least decent RELIABLE service. Who is are ready for all of that! To pay upfront and to be so let down. Not even an update, just nothing??? A 4 to 5-month wait.. seriously! I mean like YES! RIGHT! What is a girl supposed to do, we got places to go, we wanna look good and ready to pay our hard earned money? Step it up Bleu Ribbon, What happened???
