My wife had her hair styled at Beautiful Image Beauty Salon today, 03/11/2010. It was only a routine hair trimming and she came out with the back of her sweater bleached. These weren't some small bleach stains either. The stain is approximately the size of my entire hand. We are currently going to seek some form of remedy directly from the salon. However, I felt the need to share the unprofessional mannerisms of this salon and how they obviously do not follow protocol.
