My name is Christine J Koszela. Around June 11, 2020, Transaction #5SC326506C2867807 was charged twice and I have not received my order!! I'm Really upset and I would like to have my Money Back!!! Please make this right!! During this time of Crisis, I spent much needed money for this, trusting I would receive it!! I'm on an extremely fixed budget and this was an air conditioner I could take with me, beings as I have No A/C in my home!! Temperature outside today is 113... you can imagine how the inside feels!! I'm Praying that you either refund me or send the unit I purchased!! Thank You!!
