Blaming the customer

I'm a developer..... I had a site moved from shared hosting to cloud hosting..... first I was told it would take three hours max..... then another person I called 5 hours later said the migration team was on it........ next day the page was still throwing out a blank page that just said "error". Called, and a customer service agent name Francisco was on the phone. Said migration was done and that it was something on the site that was causing the error... I told him that was not the case... he insisted.... talked over me.....said there wasn't anything they could do about it. Had no issue when I said was going to drop them as a host. Kept arguing. Before I dropped.... I investigated further. It was an mysql error due to them moving the site and for whatever reason no associating my account user to the database.. If that is something that happens when migrating...s houldn't they know to look at that right away. There should be zero reason that my main account name shouldn't propagate to the new server. This company sucks and Francisco needs a new line of work
