Blair VIP program

I starting seeing a Blair withdraw on my account! I did not order anything except a sweatshirt for fall! So decided to check other months. So far 57 + has been taken out! I paid for a sweatshirt and the other top was out of stock! I never received anything else! So why are they taking this money out each month? I cancelled this withdrawal on PayPal so how do I get my back?
