Dear sir, I have ordered online the mobile BLACKVIEW MAX 1.I had received it on 31st July 2019. I have charged the mobile for 4 hrs before 1st use. Then switch on the mobile after that the mobile working properly for 4-5 hrs and unfortunately switched off. I am trying to switch on the mobile but mobile is not working.... Plz help me sir.
