Blackmail attempt when asking for membership info

We are a Europan couple, We signed for a membership package in 2004, 14 years later we have returned to Cozumel Palace this week. We wanted an update regarding our membership benefits but because We have refused to attend their long and useless sales presentation, they do not want to give us any information, this is blackmail!
