Ever since i moved in, there have been issues. There were mushrooms growing in my sons' bedroom which the head maintenance guy, Milton, tried to blame on humidity although it was the winter. Finally after months of dealing with mushrooms, a different maintenance man was brought in. He found the problem and fixed it or so we thought. Recently, the leaks have started again and I've put in service requests but no one has shown up to fix the issue. There is now black mold on a wall in that room. Then there's a leak from the roof in my kitchen which was "repaired" by maintenance and some contractor. My front door fell off the hinges because of too short screws. There's an ant issue that wont go away. The maintenance man Milton has been promising to have the outside of the house pressure washed for almost a year. He washed the house next door to mine to get that house ready to be shown for new renters. The outside of my home looks like its growing algae. The women in the office have been trying to get me to buy the house I'm in but why would i buy this if nothing is ever fixed? I will be calling code enforcement this week.
