BL-110 Trimmer

Impossible to start. Used three times. It was hard to get started the first time and could not run at level 1. Second start a few days later took close to 50 pulls. Now a week later I tried to start per the instructions and now it will not fire up at all. Would like to return product but is used. How do I return the trimmer
