Re-set it, downloaded updates, reprogrammed it. Picked away at it until this spring. I just wanted it fixed or a credit $45. They offered a discount on 2 newer products (which was more than I could buy the product for on-line!) THEN told me their policy was DIFFERENT than that for U.S.Residents, even though I bought the product from a U.S. vendor IN the U.S.! So, Canadians, DON'T buy from Golfbuddy
