Birthday flowers didn’t turn up – how embarrassing

I placed this an order 5 days in advance for my Daughters birthday. She works for the NHS and had a birthday off work. I haven't seen her for almost a year now and wanted to let her know I love and miss her on her special day. The whole point of birthday flowers is that they should arrive on the specific day. The flowers did not arrive on her Birthday despite me ordering in plenty of time after reading on their site that they deliver 7 days a week! All I was offered was a refund on delivery charges. Awful customer service and treatment of customers considering the service this company is claiming to provide. I will never risk ordering with them again. I feel so embarrassed when talking to my Daughter now. User's recommendation: Don't buy from this company if it's for a specific date.
