I've always looked forward to my "birthday bonus reward" coupon every year... unfortunately, our local RT was permanently closed a few days before I received my coupon (Aug 28th)! I am sincerely disheartened as we LOVED our RT, and now...not only is it gone forever, but I am left with an $11 coupon reward that I cannot use (even it's good through 11-20-20)!! I am hoping you could find a way for me to use it or to compensate me in another way since it's a valued customer reward...perhaps a same value promotional visa card (for example). I'm simply devastated that my RT is gone...it was the ONLY place that I would order a steak, and best salad bar since the days of Steak &;; Ale, and Shoney's!!!!
