Biometric fingerprint devices – don’t buy

I have been dealing with Florida based company(s) called Anviz since last year. (formerly known as bioelectronix.com and now anvizusa.com) I have purchased fingerprint time clocks and their accounting software for my company. those units did not work for dry fingers and for old employees, and I never received prepaid training and software. So I returned during 30-day trial period. (dec of 2009) Now, it's July of 2010, and they are saying many lies like they have sent check, but nothing is in my hand.. money nor their product. They even have restocking charge for *** machine and worthless accessories (their included usb cable caused many errors) I'm quite confident to say not to buy any fingerprint devices like this and door lock, control system, and etc yet from this vendor or any vendor until you have some reference. Moreover, do not do any business with this line of company. If you are purchasing similar product, check these two websites and make sure they are not linked together. 3426 West 84th Street, Suite 102 Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018 USA Tel (305) 231-**** Fax (305) 231-**** Avenida Antonio R.
