Biocell was not sealed upon delivery

Hello. I received my order today &; there wasnt a seal around my Biocell. I called customer service right away & was on hold for 19 minutes so I hung up. Also, I believe I was supposed to receive free products with the Mothers Day sale items that I purchased but I didnt get them. I would appreciate some help!! Thanks, Kim
