Used their service for a one time repair in 2018. All of a sudden, 12/31/20 out of the blue, I get a push notification from PayPal telling me or a renewal for subscription charge for $39.99. I have NOT used this company since 2018, never got a bill for 2019 (as I said, I only used them once in 2019). Cannot reach them. Have filed complaints with PP and FTC. Be careful with your info-they will "automatically" bill you whether you consent or not. User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
